COWORK - Quiet space to concentrate on your creations (See ideas below) utilising the Pomodoro technique for productivity
COLLABORATE - Wrap up share awareness, ideas, questions and anything that would like to be contributed to
WHAT IS THIS?
The flex office industry is still booming and growth shows no signs of slowing as our expectations of work and the workplace continue to progress and evolve. Whilst this has offered us flexibility and freedom, it has also resulted in a deepening of a sense of separation, isolation, anxiety and overwhelm.
For me, it does not create a better thriving future for humanity or Planet Earth, and does nothing for cutting edge collaboration and extrapolation of ideas and possibilities.
The Co-Creation Space has become a safe and nurturing place to change that.
This is what Jessica shared about her experience: Gosh has this space contributed and collaborated with me and my creations this week. The flood gates opened, the dragons unleashed and everything is different. There is a joy, curiosity even elation of embodiment that seeks to shine unapologetically. A sense of arriving in the present moment just as I am with no thing to do other than be with all possibilities with less definition, form or structure, less autonomic response yet more ease and flow, greater productivity, expansion, space, clarity, receiving... And we’ve only just begun!!
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
In a simple word - ANYTHING!! Business projects or personal projects. Either/All.
Creations explored so far are: Tax returns, accounting, journaling, writing copy for websites, designing social media graphics, studying and reading, knitting, cooking, horse riding, ski-ing, yoga and stretching… all whilst on Zoom.
ON MY TRELLO ACTION LIST
I always have sooo many projects shouting loud at me from the rooftops that I haven’t been attending to. I’m currently moving between:
01. Two wool sweaters I have been knitting for too long on lovely wooden needles that belonged to my grandmother
02. The next chapter of the inspiration Damanhur book I Make Things Happen about Selfica the discoveries of Falco
03. Presentations for the advanced breathwork trainer programme I am currently studying
04. Any of the other 30+ very loud projects that would love to be contributed to and moved forward
