For Collaborations, Creative Contributions, and Shared Storytelling

At Square Soul Studio, we believe in honouring creative expression, consent, and conscious co-creation. Whether you're engaging with our offerings as a client, collaborator, or community participant, your presence and voice are deeply valued.

This media release outlines how we may use audio, visual, and written materials captured or shared through our collaboration—always with clarity, care, and your optional consent.

DIGITAL MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT

By participating in co-creative work or within the Square Soul Studio community—including services, projects, interviews, workshops, or creative collaborations—you are invited to grant the following permissions:

  1. To photograph, record, or capture your image, likeness, voice, and any written or spoken contributions via any media format or technology.

  2. To use, reproduce, and share these materials across Square Soul Studio platforms, including (but not limited to) our website, social media, podcast, newsletters, and educational or artistic materials.

  3. To combine your contributions with other creative elements (e.g. music, video, photography, design, or written work) to create content that shares the essence of our community and studio ethos.

  4. To repost or highlight content you’ve voluntarily shared, such as testimonials, journal reflections, voice notes, artwork, or social media posts (with credit or anonymity, as you prefer).

  5. To use your voice, image, and creative contributions in connection with future offerings, including event promotion, teaching resources, or artistic documentation.

  6. To feature visuals, layouts, or website designs created by Square Soul Studio (e.g. mockups, live sites, wireframes, page sections, or brand elements) for the purpose of sharing our studio work across our portfolio, launch features, case studies, and social media content.

  7. To share this content with trusted collaborators, editors, or design partners working under Square Soul Studio’s direction, for the purpose of content creation, editing, or publication.

  8. To do so without expectation of financial compensation, now or in the future, in alignment with the spirit of mutual inspiration and contribution.

YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT TO:

  • Request to remain anonymous

  • Opt out of being photographed or recorded

  • Clarify how you'd like to be credited (or not credited at all)

  • Ask for discretion around sensitive content or visibility

We honour your creative sovereignty and will always strive to uphold integrity and consent throughout any co-creative process.
